Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, message, and details about your business or inquiry.
When you submit our Free Business Audit form or use our chat widget, we collect the phone number and other information you submit, your conversation, and your messaging consent choices. We may retain consent and opt-out records to manage your communication preferences.
Our hosting and website service providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, and access logs to operate and protect the website.
How we use information

Retention and Security
We retain personal information according to its purpose, our relationship with you, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.
Our policy is to review inactive inquiries quarterly and delete those with no meaningful interaction during the preceding 12 months. Routine customer communications are reviewed for deletion 24 months after the customer relationship ends.
Contracts, financial records, messaging consent, and opt-out records may be retained longer when needed to meet legal obligations, document permission, honor communication preferences, or resolve disputes. Deleted information may remain in service-provider backups until those backups expire under the provider’s retention procedures.
Your choices and requests
Contact privacy@tlisecuredata.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. We may need to verify your identity. Applicable legal obligations may require us to retain some records.
External services
Links to other websites lead to services with their own privacy practices. Our embedded chat service also processes information under its applicable policies.
